I have many health issues. I had taken consultation for the same. To some extent it is helping me. Still some or the other health issues I am facing. I worry lot about kids. Happy new year. I m working as an investment banker in a foreign bank from 2017 and i tried to change my career and dropped job in 2019 dec but i didn?t find any suitable opportunities. 2020-2021 august my career is full of struggles and after that i returned to old domain and started my job as investment banker again in a foreign bank. From the day i started job in this company, my health is getting worse day by day and developed pcod and living in a stressful situation. Major problem are in relationships , moving away from family. I was not happy at all. But career is growing and management is happy with my performance and they given good rating in appraisal. But, My personal life is shattered almost.

I am in job from last 14 year in IT industry, but I struggle to stay in one job , get good role or position or promotion in same job. My payscale is even less as compared to what market is offering to same experience.
