I am seeking guidance regarding my husband’s career and business. He pursued his master’s in the US, and worked there for two years in a well-paying job, but returned to India to support his parents after family conflicts led his elder brother to live separately. His decision was driven by his desire to be there for them. He joined his father’s business, a partnership with his father’s friend. Now, both their sons manage it, but I sense tensions growing between them. I worry about the partnership’s stability. The business is not very profitable, and my husband’s earnings are much lower than his peers despite his strong skills. He believes in God but not in astrology or gemstones.
