About The Native Concern:

I am in job from last 14 year in IT industry, but I struggle to stay in one job , get good role or position or promotion in same job. Sometimes I struggle to understand my work area and could not fulfill what my role ask in company.I have not got good ratings or appraisals till now.I have no support from colleagues.Also, can not mingle with other colleagues and their inner circle.I am not recognized for my work. My payscale is even less as compared to what market is offering to same experience. I do get feeling to leave job and start something in baking,confectionary from home.I had food blog , but it did not excel in money so I quit. My queries- 1.Remedy for my Profession, where I can understand my work and excel with name,fame and money. 2.Can I start passive Income from home in Baking,chocolates?
