I'm in business of construction, my father passed on 09.05.2024, post that facing lot of financial difficulties in completing the project in mumbai, flats are unsold and not getting any loans, there were lot of teoubles with contractors and eventually sorted but now new contractor may do some kind of trouble in terms of finance and work.
