I'm in business of construction, my father passed on 09.05.2024, post that facing lot of financial difficulties in completing the project in mumbai, flats are unsold and not getting any loans, there were lot of teoubles with contractors and eventually sorted but now new contractor may do some kind of trouble in terms of finance and work. Lot of hindrances in business and there no smooth progress as i expect, it always gets delayed. Now the existing members of the project may also start some legal problems as my completion date is getting delayed. And will i face any other legal issues from government agencies or lenders.
