I am from Kolhapur(Maharashtra), as I am facing lot of problems from in-laws, I want to settle down in Pune(Maharashtra), for my son. From past few months I am trying to get a rented house, but till now I could not find a suitable one.

In my case, I had a good job, I was considered a top employee and am still employed on paper but I have not returned to work in 20 months and do not see any possibility of returning to work in the near future - due to caregiving needs. I was taking care of my younger sister who suffered from 3 strokes and passed away in Sep 2022 without clear cause identification. We were told Massive cardiac arrest but I believe the cause is different. I take care of my mother who has last stage dementia, advanced heart condition and completed surgery for breast cancer. She is 80 years old and cannot be alone for a moment. My dad is 85 years old and also needs regular care. My spouse had an extramarital affair and left with a child. He had requested me not to have a child in our marriage. I also have health issues. I am in IT and if we don't work for a year or two we are outdated. Please guide me if and when I may be able to return to work. Will it be same field and employer. Any remedies. I am happy to pay the consultation fees but it is impossible to book one with you. I always wanted to book one for my younger sister who passed away. I am very grateful that I got to be with my sister and my parents. No regrets for that.
