I want guidance for carrer and my financial life

I have a question regarding my career and financial aspect of my life. I am currently working as an engineer, and feeling a little stuck in my career in terms of my growth. I have gained new skills in my job but it just feels like I am not growing. Salary is growing though. I want to start something on my own - my own venture a startup or a business venture or both, but I am just not able to start. Long term I am also interested in farming, but that is very far fetched. Is it best if I keep working on my job, or I do something on the side too? Also what is the best time to start and if there are any remedies that can help me in my issues.

Lost job in November 2023. For few months was not able to prepare for next job. Now when I am applying for jobs no response from recruiters. When interviews getting scheduled, panel not showing up or positions put on HOLD. I am facing blockers. Struggling financially.

I work as a Data Engineer and earn a good salary but I don't feel motivated in my life. I have material success but I don't have peace. No idea what I want. I don't have anything to look forward to. I also want to get rid of masturbation. It has been bugging me since teenage years. There have been months when I didn't do it for months but it comes back. How do I get over it for good?

I came to Canada in May 2024 for my education after studying BSc IT for a year in India. The university there wasn’t great—it was inside a mall—which reinforced my desire to study abroad. Initially, I pursued Computer Science but later switched to Industrial Systems Engineering, which I enjoy much more. However, holding a part-time job has been challenging. Either employers don’t pay me and let me go, or I struggle to meet their working standards. I’m confident in my skills, but during job trials, I become overly conscious of making mistakes, which leads to more errors. A common criticism is that I appear lost and disorganized, making it hard for me to thrive in fast-paced environments like restaurants and bars. Now, I need a job to pay my university fees, but opportunities are limited. Given my struggles, how should I approach job hunting to find a role where I can perform well?.

Follow up from my previous appt. My health has affected. On Dec 16 my husband returned from India-2.5 wks trip; reached home at 12:30 pm. I was perfectly fine, just after lunch around 2:30pm, I had 103 deg fever. I am still not ok. Have taken 2 sets of antibiotics, started having  pain in the lower right side of the abdomen & all of a sudden last Friday period started(this should never happen at my age at all),. Have an appointment for the Abdomen and pelvic ultrasound tomorrow. Tightness in the entire body, burning sensation in both eyes, blurry vision, light-headedness & dizziness, pain in both legs & the lower back. Had blood lab work done. Why has my health affected? With health issues, could not make any progress in any front, including as suggested getting trainings for a job etc. Still Feel lots of negativity & extreme dullness at home. My daughter & I are stuck. She depends on me. With all these how can I take a decision on Feb 19th for myself & my daughter? Kindly suggest.
