I suffer a lot, worry a lot, have health issues, and profession issues, unable to make spiritual progress... I dont know where life is heading

Experiencing lower back and neck pain since Feb 2022, chronic acidity since June 2022, and mental health issues (anxiety, OCD, and trust issues) since May 2023. Doubts about the truthfulness of close ones and concerns about causing trouble. Turned to spirituality in 2019, struggling to find motivation for conventional studies/work. Currently pursuing Masters in AI and EV in Erlangen, Germany.

Health issues for many years, back ache and headache. Gastric issues, depression and anxiety.

The native has health issues and keeps going through minor health issues daily despite regular treatments. The native has a heavy head, headache, has cervical, and feels weak. The native and her husband do not get along well and the constant tiffs bring a lot of stress and ill-health to the native.
