I am working as an officer in a public sector bank. Chargesheet has been served to defraud the bank by submitting fake travel certificate to claim LTC.Bank is going to impose major penalty that can result in 1.either penalty of reduction to a lower time scale of pay.2.compulsory retirement, removal from service and dismissal from service.Met with disciplinary authority but did not get any relief and bank is going to proceed by investigating further. Truth is yes fake tickets were submitted but didn't expect matter will get this far. Mental peace and respect both i have lost. Pls tell how long will this matter go on and when will this matter get over. I know I did wrong but is there any way to amicably resolve this situation. Can I expect any relief in the matter and when or this will end with the worst outcome.Pls help ?.

1. I am facing huge problem of money loans on my head and unable to pay them. Some or the other way loans are increasing only and not reducing.I'm at stage wherein I cannot pay loans emi also. This is my priority to counter.2. All time there are suicide thoughts in my head and might go for it also. 3. Don't have stable job also. 4. Do not have own house. 5. I need help please.
