There are many things i want to tell and say to you but right now my father is in a crisis. On28 feb morning around 1.30AM our textile rags godown which was situated in panipat was burnt down to ashes. All the stock which was present there was like that there is no existence of any stock, the fire was literally horrifying and it was caused due to electrical short circuit. I need your help to get my insurance money(Stock Insurance) from the company as soon as possible because the amount of loss is nearly 2CR and my father has multiple EMI which are coming back to back and its now a very stressed and depressed environment in the house. Facing Money Issues - People get their work done via me but dont pay me after the work is done , happen in my consultancy (education related Deals ) and Similarly in my Full Time Job Since 2017 , the salary was reduced and salary delay is there For 4 -6 month in cycle since then. Also , money has been stuck in personal deals related to purchase of Flats- no recovery of any money since 2017 Requesting Guidance on the same - how to get my stuck payment , and boost my cash flow cycle to get relief on Financial Side

My father invested many ppls money in a company named samruddha jeevan but the owner of the company did fraud. thinking that this is a company which will help other poor ppl as well as him as this is what was portrayed to him by his sister's husband. Though we were just the mediator to give their money to company n we also provided them the slips of their deposited money n since the owner did fraud the PPL come to our house asking for their money back n blame my father for it n curse even if we r honest. Some PPL also talk abt coming to our house for physical fights. My father is absolutely honest person not even a single penny was taken frm them for our own use ,rather whosoevers money was given by the company we gave them their whole amount with interest...also when my father was not retired he used to save money to pay few PPL....And we r also ready to pay remaining ones back but for tht we need to sell our plot of land which is at our village we r not getting good value for tht plot.....My father has been betrayed by his own mother and all the sisters after passing away of his father.He did everything for his parents and sisters and even brother ..He already is tensed n feel bad about it moreover these PPL who come to our house makes him more tensed.. His sister's husband forced him to invest in tht fraud company by lying n his daughter in law is in Police so no one will ask him back money... Once our plot of land is sold at good amount we will return the money of remaining ones or else once I get the job from tht we will return the amount from savings. Will u pls help us out from this situation Deepanshu sir to get a good value for plot of land....

1. Lots of money issues - dad is retired and it being difficult to manage. 2. Since the last 4 to 5 years - I feel I'm aging a lot faster - hair line receding, hair fall, lots of hair greying, beard greying , even SHOULDER & CHEST HAIR GREYING. 3. EYESIGHT- very high power ( around 7 ) and deteriorating and doctors suggest LASIC operation ( which I am not sure as some astrologers say that it dries the fluid in the eye ) 4. Unable to get a part time job ( specifically a paid internship in electrical field ) 5. I am 30+ about to be 31 and not yet married nor in a relationship ( even unable to make friends of opposite gender - even though I behave good with them and extend a helping hand whenever possible - even many times with just the intention of friendship and nothing else, they don't prefer to interact.) **I never got love and emotional support neither at home nor outside - so if marriage wont be good in terms of love and emotion - I wish to know as I would try my best not to marry - as the only hope and desire I have is a good and fulfilling bond with someone - as I value emotions very highly. 6. Peaceful in foreign country, but do not get well along with father and even though want to help him, I'm unable to, in terms of finance. 7. Studies are going not so good - I'm unable to do things faster and am a bit slow and needing improvement in MATHEMATICS and other electrical subs - as I am trying to revise maths right from intermediate level. 8. Emotional health hasnt been good, but I try to manage. ( This has been a problem throughout. Now with meditation its better ).

Questions- 1) Monetary Aspect- -Can I make money/wealth from the stock market or from speculation? -why I'm not able to save money at all? 2)Career- -i am preparing for higher education -MBA, and will have enterance exam in November 2024 will i be able to succeed ? -i will get admission in Feb -April' 25 & get into college in June 25- May 27, will both of these be done smoothly and will i get place easily after that in 2027? -As per Astro what is the best career options, which i can enjoy a lot & also make good income from same? 3) Health- -How can I get rid of skin and hair fall problems? -potential health issues in near future? -back and nech pain issues sometimes. 4)PROPERTY - -Is it good time to buy property/land in next 2 months on my and father's joint name? -There is a legal case going on regarding land dispute & that land is on my mothers name, will that get solved this year? 5) Will power/focus- -unable to do whatever I decide to do? -plans always seem to fail. -unable to focus on one thing. 6) What to do to be peaceful and happy, I tried meditation but somehow stopped doing it. 7) how is my love life going to be and when should I expect to meet someone? 8) what am I made for and what is the purpose of my life?

I lost my job 4 months back, or i leaved it for personal reasons, I was facing mentally troma so leaved the job.And now searching for new job but facing lots of problems. (10 dec 2023 lost my job) Also problems in marriage fixing. Basic details I am from a middle class family, my elder sister is mentally handicap. Father is in private job, mother is housewife.
