Job is stagnant, no growth seen since 2020. Despite of having tenure of 6 years, salary is not up to the mark. Looking for a job opportunity overseas but no luck yet.

I want to switch my job as my growth is not satisfactory. I work at an investment bank. I don't get along well with my manager, he is always partial against me and threatens and troubles me a lot. I am trying to switch job since mid of January this year. After so many interviews I am unable to convert job offer( even after reaching final stages). Also the processes are going too slow. I am from a good educational institute but feeling stuck and confused in career. Please tell me when will I be able to switch job.

I have been working with an investment bank from last 10 years and despite all the hard work and positive feedback, there is no growth over here.. this was 4yr m not promoted I have been giving interviews from last 2-3 years but not able to crack it.. Just couple of days back I got a very good response from the interviewer, cleared my first round as well, second round also went well but not selected.
