i am facing lot of unwanted interference from my boss, there are multiple bosses now and i am reporting to all in detail everyday and every activity , this is effecting my performance , i dont have support from any boss, no hr support for building my team. also there was no incrememt last year and i am worried about the next growth in salary and position also, when shud i plan to change job and how is 2025 going to be for me professionally, i have started a new side business of rudraksh and crystals where my wife is taking care ,need a route plan now

I mainly want to ask about my career and future opportunities. I feel very confused about my career and future. I want to know what would be the best path/ business for me for maximum financial gains. I moved to Canberra from another city in australia and regret. Even though my job is better then before but I feel like I should not have moved to Canberra specifically. Sometimes I wonder if I should move to another country and if it would solve my problems. I feel like I do not have any talents, I have never been able to figure out what i am good at or will be good at. The second concern is my parents relationship(home environment in India). It is very tense always and I just want to get some understanding and remedies which I can do or give my mom so that there is less stress. I am usually stressed because of them as well and just want that they have a chilled life.

I have came last year april for career consultation for which you have suggested some remedies and fields . At first i was unable to complete the remedies due to fathers death but after that i still continued and would be able to complete all of them by this month end . Still there's no progression. Dont know what's the problem , can you help in any way ??? Also like to mention that you have suggested pukhraj for career boost which i was unable to do cause there are many fake ones , any suggestion regarding that will also be helpful.
