I am considering taking legal action against my previous employer, potentially involving a larger movement for equal rights for employees and labor, in the hopes of addressing this issue on a national scale. At this point, my primary concern is where I should focus my energy to ensure career upliftment, leading to long-term financial stability. Additionally, I would like to know whether I have a strong case should I decide to pursue legal action against my former employer.
