I feel very unsettled in life. I would like to change my career and start a health coaching bussiness but I am not able to start, currently I am doing a job which I want to leave soon. I always worry and feel anxious about the future. My confidence and motivation is very low.

Throughout the years, I had wanted to do a PhD and join academia. However, after a lot of careful thinking, I decided to move away from that in August last year and try actively for job market instead.
