My concern is about my challenges in career which I am facing since 2012 .I have not been able to get a good career . I am unpaid and is considered under performer at work place . Don't know what should I do at this point of time , some time I feel that I should do business but didn't able to get courage to do it ,other time due to the family pressure I keep on trying my luck for govt jobs.

I'm currently in the final year of my LLB degree and I want to pursue litigation as a career so which field would be better for me civil or criminal and I'm not getting a good senior so when I'll be able to get a good senior advocate also currently I'm wearing certain gemstones so are they anyhow affecting my career in a negative way.

It feels my job/career has a blockage. I am an engineer by background with an MBA. I had a successful career till 2019. I was working for companies till 2015 and then I joined a startup in 2015 after leaving the company. The startup was successful. It was purchased in 2019. After that I have started two startups and both have failed. I have not had any income personally since 2019. I am thinking I am done with startups and looking to come back to corporate world but not getting any jobs, despite my successful career and my connections. I want to continue working for another 10-20 years but not sure how to move ahead since not getting success anywhere.

He pursued his master’s in the US, and worked there for two years in a well-paying job, but returned to India to support his parents after family conflicts led his elder brother to live separately. I have been selected for an flagship course in top management institute which is an executive program along with my job.
