Allergic rhinitis, daily disturbance of sneezing and whole day blocked nose even after medication, severe condition during spring season. Regarding health issue ,child have exams

My son frequently suffers from cold and cough issue. He has been admitted thrice in hospital in 30/03/2022 (first time),May 2022 (second time)and October 2022 (during Diwali third time)due to bronchiolitis. Last December 2024 he has been hospitalized due to Pneumonia. During hospitalisation he has been diagnosed Anemia due to Beta Thalassemia Trait (Father is Thalassemia Minor,mother is Normal.). We consulted with paediatric hematologist, he prescribed a iron drop for next six months. A slight deformity is also found while he walks. We consulted an orthopedic.He said deformity is in knee and waist. Prescribed 20 mins sunlight exposure before 9 am and practice cross leg sitting. Very poor immunity.
