I am also unfortunately in the same boat & facing a false FIR from my wife. I would request you if you could read below and suggest some remedies. Sharing details of what all we had to go through - PS - My wife belongs to a family who are sitting priests of one of the prestigious Hanuman temples in Rajasthan and so many politicians/ministers are in their network which they have heavily used against me and my parents. My wife filed false FIR in Feb 2018 against me and my parents with heinous sections of attempt to murder etc. in addition to false dowry and domestic cases. Got a Look out circular against me since I refused to take my wife back Impounded my passport as I work in Singapore Later this year they agreed to settle out the case and even agreed on an agreement where I would pay her X amount and take my daughters custody. But little did we know it was a trap to call me and get me arrested. Got me jailed for 2 weeks using their super powerful influence when I came India Made me to surrender my passport if I were to get out of jail Now I can't even go to Singapore for my job since my passport is taken And now they are not willing to settle as well, the wife is doing tantrums and is demanding a super unreasonable amount which is well beyond our capacity. Can I request you to check our charts and suggest some remedies? I want to divorce her and settle these litigations at a reasonable amount and want to take my daughters custody back. Here are the details of what we have been going through: PS - My wife comes from a family of priests at a prestigious Hanuman temple in Rajasthan, and they have a network of influential politicians and ministers, which they have used against me and my parents. In February 2018, my wife filed a false FIR against me and my parents, including severe charges like attempt to murder, along with false dowry and domestic violence cases. A lookout circular was issued against me because I refused to take my wife back, and my passport was impounded, preventing me from returning to my job in Singapore. Earlier this year, they agreed to settle the case and we made an agreement where I would pay her a certain amount and take custody of my daughter. However, this turned out to be a trap to get me arrested. When I returned to India, they used their influence to have me jailed for two weeks. I had to surrender my passport to get out of jail, and now I cannot return to Singapore for my job. Currently, they are unwilling to settle the case. My wife is making unreasonable demands far beyond our means. Could you please check our charts and suggest some remedies? I want to divorce her, settle these litigations reasonably, and regain custody of my daughter. I would greatly appreciate your help and am willing to pay and speak with you if needed.

My parents took a consultation from jyotish/astrologer for me , the person told many things but also one thing that a legal case will come in my life at some point because of my friend , last year I graduated (BTech Computer Science) in May 2023 and in July 2023 I got my joining for the job in Accenture (Gurugram) so my parents told me to be careful regarding this . Also Sir, My last year has been very bad for my health as well went for one surgery for Appendicitis and suffered from Anal fissure for 6 months. By God's grace I got a new job in Jan 2024 currently in training phase in Infosys (Mysore) everything is good in health and job. Sir , I wanted to meet you in person regarding this legal case and what else I should do everyday regarding job/health/relationships/marriage and upcoming challenges.Sir I overthink a lot even for a small thing I stress so much and I feel like I am not enjoying any moment in my life from last 7 years (11th and 12th + drop year + 4 years in BTech) whenever I try to do anything in life something comes up , still here in training I try to up skill myself but always something comes up that has to be done on priority. Currently I have a plan to work here till December 2024 and move to a Product Based Company in Jan 2025 and then a Masters Degree outside India. After that I have not thought.
