Living away from home land, family, relatives. No real friends that can support in time of need. No social life, brother also without reason estranged. Just have name sake coworkers that we speak to. No invites to any get togethers or social events. Living like in exile. When family visits my other family in the States, they can not come here due to visa issues - so no family also visits us.
