1. Career: Wherever I join I work with honesty and hard work however neither I get recognition nor promotion. In my current organization, I was about to get promoted but due to my manager's and community-driven approach led to dropping me and promoting his friend. When I escalated to top management they showed me confidence that everything would be aligned and I shared all the evidence with HR. Later on, my manager and local manager started harassing me whether it was a leave or communication with peers. As they do not have any evidence to share with top management they started nit-picking even for small things. There was a point where I got frustrated and depressed and could not even sleep the entire night churning the same issue again and again. Even I got scared that I might get fired as they had created a too-hostile environment.
