Sir, please if you guide me and consult I will be grateful I was doing awesome in career till Aug,2018 (above my peers) then for a year and a half I was jobless, got into my present job in Sept 2020. Its decent but not according to where I was. Here as well not getting any promotion even this year, all my peers are doing much better.
