Money related big big big big problem.... that's why depth increase on me.I am electrical Engineer but not good job yet....then after i am started import export business as commission agent...but there also failed.Please suggest what i do for money related problems.

I started preparing for UPSC and State PCS , but I wasn't able to clear a single prelims of these exams despite having a good preparation and getting decent marks in mocks I was not able to perform.I also gave some other exams and failed in those as well. Now I have 2 attempts left with me. I am going to give these attempts this is certain but I don't know if I should continue my preparation without any job.Now health of both my parents are also not good and everything suddenly seems to be worst. My father is a farmer and we have a very little savings with us , my father's elder brother also took everything in his hand after his retirement from job , like money that was coming from our farming he took that making it more difficult for us from last 5-6 years but now health of my parents is not well so it is becoming worst for us.
