I am sister of this person my brother attempted for suicide for multiple times, he is not earning a single penny since last one year he is also a alcoholic, and his marriage is also destroyed. She has mental health disorder, wherein she believes her previous colleagues are constantly trying to keep a track of her through mobile phone, lights in the house. She believes they spray something on her through the lights. She keeps on changing and checking her phone settings. Her family members (father and siblings) have had mental health disorders of similar kind wherein the doubt different people continuously without reason.

Q-1 I have had a difficult childhood which has affected my mental health alot but I ve been working on my belief system for a while now and there is alot of improvement but I still go into spirals and expect outside validation and reassurance.
