I am looking for guidance on the most suitable business or profession

I graduated in 2023 and joined a software company in October 2022, working in business development and as a business analyst. Since July 2024, my responsibilities increased drastically when my manager and team left. I worked tirelessly to stabilize finances and operations, often putting in 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week. However, I now face challenges managing my team for the first time, and I feel undermined by peers who dismiss me due to my age. Additionally, an increment is due, but I fear it won’t be satisfactory, and the incentive program was canceled. I attempted a job switch in November 2024 but faced technical issues during the interview, left post that. I’m questioning my professional direction, wanting a better-paying role and more recognition. I also struggle with public speaking, losing my train of thought and confidence at times, and wish to improve as an orator in my career.

I have invested in a land. Land cost is 6.5 cr. Registry is yet to be done. I have only 1.5 cr. Rest i am going to take loan. Business is going good. As shown in the media, that around may june, there will be trouble worldwide due to wars. Is it good to rely on business to repay loan or i should take other measures. As, Should i also think to start any new venture,if yes, then in which field.
