respected sir , I honestly dont know how to put all of which is going on in my life into this paragraph (if you are reading this) , I have ENT problems (maxillary sinusitis ), stomach problems(H pylori infection which has been treated but still persistent in body , reports are coming false negative ( docs observation P)) liver problems( elevated liver enzymes pain in liver with fatty liver diagnosis , thyroid problem( autoimmune thyroiditis) 75 mcg now dosage )sugar levels are also high i take multiple pills every day and mental manifestations due to these medicle conditions , about my profession i am a graduate in law BALLB), i had no interest in law just did it although i dont hate the subject infact i like to advoate on subjects very much like its something in me that makes me very good with arguments framing, in 2020 i got to know of Indian foreign service and u wouldnt believe me i dont want to choose any other career than upsc IFS ( diplomatic service) idk i just want it but due to by health problems cant even sit and read for 1 min how will i study for upsc exam since due to sinusitis my head starts to ache eyes constnt pain i am in pain sleeping srying eating suddenly so happy suddenly so sad noboday talks to me properly , no friends no people to share anything everbody has hate towards me but i dont seem to understand why ,my friends they betrayed me with the women i fell in love( they used to talk to her and tell every other thing about me to her and negatively influence her and she also entertained them so idk who to blame i guess me for choosing wrong, i can tell you their names but what would that do , i fell in love in 2021 like sir nothing makes sense without her its like black and white ( i know people laugh who are so close to me after hearing this )i cry out of blue and im crying while typing this i dont know why , i have evry possible resourrse but still... you know sir it was my luck to have found you on insta reel and since then i have a friend i just listen to your voice its so soothing like any video which has no relation to me , it just soothes my head literally . i may be a fool to say this but it is what it is - i remember in 2012 when i was in school i used to live with mom ( mom and dad have seperate jobs in diff state so , i have a brother elder (, (27-7-1993) - 4;30 AM AGRA )so the thing is she came back from her eye doc appointment she was in her room i came to her and asked how are your eyes , she immedietly looked at me with flare and said too kya samjhega apna dard too apna khoon thodi hai (i still remember those words just as it is) than she changed the topic somehow when i startled after hearning her , since than everything just changed like her behaviour my brothers behavior towards me like it all like i have a lot to say to make you beliwvw what i can see but people cant , i mean i know time of my birth is not accurate since she always used to say i was born in agra with brother and surprisingly i remember and nower she says it was shikohabad and idk i think its shikohabad so i have put that , my friends who betrayed me were from srinagar and i also went to srinagar in june this year and just as i landed there it just felt like home i mean yes every other person looked,.... no its not because of my friend and i know for sure , as whever i go towards his house its not the same feeling .... not at all i think im sepearated ...... i have shared this with my sister( my chachu 's daughter we take care of her she is like my sister as her bilogical mother died by suicide since and he married another women who was iltreating her in his abscence he is in army )she made fun of me you are second person whom i shared this with IF YOU ARE READING .. i have pain in head eyes above nose neck like constant 24/7 and its been 4 years now no cure pain pain in head pain in heart due to people closest to me .\" Aditya,male,04-10-1994,05:30,Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates,24.453884,54.3773438,4,Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates,Abu Dhabi,United Arab Emirates,Not mentioned,Not mentioned Saipriya,female,17-02-1997,14:53,Warren
