About The Native Concern:

I'm fighting legal cases for almost 6 years now with my Ex-Wife. I had arrange marriage with her on 12th May 2018. They belong to Pratapgarh (UP) and they played fraud on me by concealing the fact that she is bipolar and her mother is also Bipolar. I got to know this post my marriage. On 5th Feb, 2019 she had massive attack and post that I filed for marriage annulment in Dehradun family Court which has been decided in my favor on 26 Mar 2021 but now she has appealed against that order in High Court Nainital on 31 July 2023 which is yet to be decided. She also filed Dowry case 11th April, 2019 and Domestic Violence Cases on 11th Sep 2019 against me and my family. These cases are still running in Pratapgarh. I would want to know when would I get free from these cases and possible remedies to get free.
