About The Native Concern:

I am currently working as a Senior Software engineer in a fintech product company. I am earning around 25lpa. I am feeling stuck, there does not seem to be growth. I want to switch either jobs (although I am not getting interview calls, which is worrying me a lot). Should I stick to software engineering line looking for jobs changes ? Or do I go for MBA in analytics(keeping my coding background in perspective) ? If MBA, should I go for remote , online MBA , while working or in campus MBA programs quitting my job. Will that be risky? If MBA in analytics is not good for me, what other MBA domains you recommend ? Also there are other options of doing part time remote work to earn side income, Is that good for me ? I am feeling so lost in my career right noe regarding what next.....Also I had a breakup with my ex-partner due to family issues , so feeling a bit sad & depressed because of that......What would be the next career stepping stone for me...Please help me out....
