About The Native Concern:

My brother is waiting for his PR to be approved but cutoff is getting higher and higher and he has work permit til December this year to get PR otherwise have to return to India. He went to Canada in 2021 march , though he was planning from 2018 but there were lots of delay in the process due to ilets and then covid. In 2023 he struggled a lot to get a job with a lot of mental stressand then June 2023 he did court marriage and also he landed a very good job in Canada (Night shift ) and he is happy but have lost a lot of weight since then like came from 75 to 64-63 kgs but is very happy with his job . Right now he is having sleepless days due to pending PR as cutoff is getting higher. Our question is will get PR or do he have to return to India. His wife is also searching for a Job there since Nov 2024, she got a job in Tim hortons which is quite far away from their place and wants to work in a office setting according to her qualification.
