About The Native Concern:

1. my wife has given about Rs. 35 lakhs from our savings (in over 6 months time) 4 years ago to a known person for a good cause expecting return in one year on it with interest. we have been following on it since 3 years but haven't got our money back and the person also does not respond well. He keeps on falsely assuring one date after another. we are in utter financial crisis and need guidance to get our money back soon. 2. Court case in a parental house in Nagpur since 2011. Case is put by a person on housing society claiming that our plot in 1979 was assigned to him earlier in 1967. Society is running away from it, Our plot is simply stuck in this case. we just get another date in every hearing or case goes to upper court. The person who has put the case has died and his relatives are not even interested in getting the property but they do not want to withdraw the case and ask money from society at today's market rate.
