Namaste, I got married on March 26, 2015. The person I got married tortured me and my parents for 4 years and she also suffers from several psychological disorders and evil in nature. Girl child was born on June 17, 2019. I suffered a lot and filed for divorce on October 25, 2019. In 2020, she and her family filed several false cases including dowry, domestic violence, maintenance. Even after 5 years, I'm fighting cases as she is not ready to settle the cases mutually though I tried hard for mutual settlement. Her objective is to torture me with these false cases and not let me marry again. Please let me know when I can come out of this problem and when will all these cases end. I have filed another case against a person who cheated me by taking money for plots and that is also pending for more than 4 years. Please let me know when all these cases will end and how the ending will impact me. Whether I should go for second marriage or not and will it be good? Thanks.
