About The Native Concern:

-my father - yash paul bansal, has a partnership firm with a relative (50%-50%). -my father is a silent partner in the firm (not involved in the business). -we asked for division as we want to part ways (due to ego clash and hate). -during the valuation of the firm, the partner is not giving relevant documents to CA & is threatening my father that he will leave the firm as it is and start a new firm of same business. - the partner is enjoying troubling my father to a great extent. - the middlemen in the division is not able to handle the situation and it has become a huge power play from the other party & MAX TENTION. what we want? - to end relations of all types with the partner once and for all -> in peaceful manner(if possible). - no business liability - we want to give away the firm to the other partner - as we know that he has an upper hand and our back is against the wall. -> thus want this transition to happen in peaceful manner as the situation is very tense.
