We live in ancestral property in this house there is two portions. In one portion I live with my wife and mother, my father death in Nov-18 and another portion my uncle‘s family. Uncle and his sister harass us since Dec-21.Uncle and his sister have one unit try to harass us by every aspect.They try everyway to remove us from this home without giving any portion whether on form of rooms or money.My uncle is lawyer. Right now, we live in ancestral property in this house there is two portions not by wall just separate rooms (Kitchen has different). Actually, my uncle is lawyer so he just so his false ego and said to me and my mother that I just in fraction of second I through you from here. I go legal and you all went away from here. My father’s sister (Bua) also want now part in this house just because she wants her younger brother get more portion (if she takes her part and then give to my uncle). She is financially sound still want part in this house just because harass us. In short sir they by hook and crook harass us so we leave this house and they take entire house. Due to this dispute my family life and married life so disturbed. We want to do family planning since long time but just fear of this dispute we could not did this. Among me, my wife and my mother relation become toxic just because house environment. My Bua (father’s sister engage in some black magic and Tantrik Vidha (we see her many times meet with this type of person who engage in some negative works.) so we can not grow in life and leave this house without taking any part.
