Stuck with health and mental fitness. Came out of long term relationship and depression is making me loose my mind. Always concerned about health and My family is pressurising me to get married, and this health issue is making me feel bad about me. My family has a history of obesity and I am also stuck in loops. Cannot be decisive about myself and stick to decisions. I want career growth but I am always concerned about health, and it is getting worse day by day. Need some guidance on how to make myself rigid and grow my career, rather than always thinking about my health and getting better at health eventually in life.
