About The Native Concern:

I am an HR professional with 14 years of experience. In my current role I work in learning & development team of HR for last 3.5 years with the same company. I am trying to change the job but no success so far, in addition to this I constantly feel stagnant in career, direction less with no or low motivation. My concern majorly revolves around 1.⁠ ⁠Should I continue to work in learning & development role or move back into HR? 2.⁠ ⁠I think I am not growing in the current company in terms of position & money 3.⁠ ⁠I feel energetic when I am surrounded with friends, colleagues or family but moment I am alone at home I am constantly questioning my self internally. 4.⁠ ⁠Many time I feel my mind is completely blank despite of so much to do at work or at home and to avoid the uneasiness due to this I end up spending time on social media.
