I am writing this email as I am facing serious health issues from past 6 years. The body is going through severe malabsorption problem, due to which multiple nutritional deficiencies, it has affected by behaviour, cognitive functions, racing thoughts in my mind, anxiety issues, unwanted thoughts. Went thro severe anaemia as well in the past. Due to this I avoid meeting people and my marriage is also getting delayed due to this. I have got severe teeth marks on my tongue(scolloped tongue). I have attached the photo of the same for your reference. Can you please help me to come out of this problem Sir. I have done little research on my horoscope, its not even 0.0005 of what knowledge you have, but just for my understanding I tried if I could decode as to why am facing this issue. I read in one jyotish chanel, ketu-mandi combination results in preth bhadha(this could be the reason I am getting racing thoughts in my mind all the time). I also have a combust moon in 12th house.(could this be the reason for poor immunity and nutrients associated with moon like calcium n all r deficient in my body) The horoscope written during my birth, astrologer wrote rahu dosha. When I searched a lot over the years for reason for having scalloped tongue, in one video I got the reason a year back that this happens due to H Pylori bacterial infecion. And I have this infection, it made by digestion very poor, severe pain in stomach and anaemic. And later i see these teeth marks on my tongue. I have tried many medications to reduce inflammation, for H pylori etc But nothing works. Am very defficient on B12, IRon and vitamin d also probabaly I think. I am writing this mail with great hope. Deepanshu jee, I tried every possible way. I did visited maa kamakhya temple. I have turned 39 and still marriage is not happening.
