About The Native Concern:

I'm a Civil Engineer and have some work experience in this field in India and Canada (in mining industry). However, due to my interest in Property Assessment I transitioned my career as a Property Assessor in 2023, I worked for a year in this field and in April this year I had to resign due to health issues. I keep applying to jobs and get interviews but I have not got any offers yet. My financial condition was a lot better while I was working in the mining industry but after I transitioned my career to Property Assessment, I did not earn as good as I did in the mining industry. And now I'm facing financial issues as well. I request your guidance in my career (which field has better growth for me) and finance, also what remedies can help me improve my career and finances. I will also have some questions prepared for the appointment so all my doubts are cleared. Additional Info - Sudbury is a tier 2 city and we do not have any temple here, so please give me remedies accordingly.
