I am currently working in IT and have Restaurant business on the side. I own some real estate as well. I have been trying to get into business full time but not been able to do so. Should I ever go into business full time ? if yes, when can I do so. Should I continue to invest in real estate and restaurant or shouldI try something else. I am good at my job but dont love doing what I do and my mind is always focussed on doing something of my own.

Greetings, I(Saket) had a consultation regarding my career/education last year with you. This consultation will be for my father regarding business/finance. My father did mechanical engineering from a government college. After that, he worked at checimal plant(goverment job) for 5 years. Later he switched his domain to finance and worked in a semi government job for 23 years and took early retirement in 2011 at the age of 49 due the company being in loss and higher ups pressure and various issues. After that, he did Msc in valuation for land and building and also machinery. Now, he is a registered valuer practising since 2014. The business has been slow with some good earning here and there till 2019 as they were new in this business. Then no business in COVID period. Again from 2022 uptill now, business is average. There are very little savings and retirement fund. The main concern is that when we as a family will be financially stable. Note: My father will not do any remedies by himself. The major remedies(donation, river offering) will be done by his son or his wife. Small remedies can be given.

Hello, my concern is about my present job, I am looking for a job change and also expecting a promotion in my current office next year. Offers are coming from overseas but cannot decide due to family, also is Mumbai the right location for me as I am staying here only due to my job and planning to buy a home here this year on loan(loan 50%, 50% funded by my parents)( moved to (Mumbai in 2018). In my present job I face challenges due to several seniors and less credit for work, after all hard work the rating is not as expected which effects the salary. Also, is there any possibility of government connection through my wife? Or mine/her workplace. My father was in government services (now retired).

I want to ask about my career and regular source of income. I am currently running 3 restaurants 2 in Delhi and 1 in Goa. All three of them are not earrings any money right now. Goa one is into losses. I need guidance as in which career line shud I go into.

1. I have an offer in hand for my new job but I am very much confused on my next step and need guidance. I am unable to forsee what is right and wrong for me; Whether continuing the current job is right or switching is the best way. My current decision will surely make or break my career so I am bit cautious. I have switched jobs before this as well, especially during initial days of COVID (May 2020) I jumped a job with a good hike, and I never consulted when making that move because I was confident. But this time I think I need a suggestion to move ahead. I also want to discuss about my finances. I have troubles in managing my finances. In last few years I was able to improve my income but was not able to save. Of course positive events like I booked my house and I am paying EMI in it is done. I now want to improve on building my bank balance. I need some guidance on what steps should I do so that my financial planning gets better. 2. I am undergoing a divorce. My wife had troubles with my parents and I was left with a choice between my parents and my wife. I chose my parents. Prior to April I felt very distressed; I remember troubling Deepanshu sir through emails and google forms etc; was very stressed. Somehow after April I am feeling relived for no reason. My final hearing for mutual divorce is on 7th June. I do not wish to remarry but there is a lot of pressure from my family to get remarried. My simple question, whether I will live happily without marriage? Even if say the chart suggests an another marriage will that as stressful as the current one?
