I am an IT proff with 16 yrs of exp working in Tcs.I had my daughter on 2023 june, since then I am on maternity break. since I want to be with my daughter. Now I need a wfh job with good sal so that I can be with my daughter also cash flow continues. But I am hardly getting any calls, sat on one interview but got rejected. I understand I need to upskill myself after the long break but I dont get any motivation or confidence..All I am thinking what I will do if the work demands lots of my time and energy and I wont be able to take care of her...I want a remedy to get my desired job soon, or if smthng elsr like business or freelancing is better for me...
