Detailed Concern She was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2019 - had very bad health in the years 2020-2021 where we tried to save her from harsh drugs and give her only Ayurvedic treatment but it didn’t work. In Dec 2020 we met a local doctor here who introduced steroids and the active disease was controlled - she has been on immunosuppressants since with another flare hitting in year 2023 where for the entire year she was eating steroids and that had huge side effects . Eventually we got her off steroids and have been tele consulting with a doctor in india through a family member who is also a doctor . She is still on long term medication and at 16 years of age she is underweight and not in pink of health Please help us to understand way forward as we don’t want her to depend on harsh medication for the life .
