Namaste. Im very lucky to have found lunar astro this month begining. Im a pharma regulatory affairs professional. I have continuous struggles in job from the time of my first job from 2005. Im very good in skills, but troubled by collegues, bosses. Not growing. Had career break 5 yes, since 3.5 yrs im bk , here also same. Im not gettibg promotion, chaces of layoff after 3 months if i dont get job, we are also asked to search job outside. Whyim suffering like this even after being good in wofk, skill, i gav endured lot of harrassments, bias, in some companies they target me to leave the job. I have no financial security from anyside. I feel i cannot live lije this anymore. I go thru stress. Panic disorders. So many of my juniors are all in good positions in good company. I dont even get interview calls, no one helps also. Why all thie s happening. Someone suggested me to change to project managemt field. Will that be good for me. Please suggest how should i go about. What approach i should keep.
