About The Native Concern:

I m requesting you to see if I can ever earn successfully from my career side. I am dentist. But never been able to earn more than 15k successfully at a stretch.. that earning also consistently I earned during my saturn MD . Thanks to my exalted saturn. I have it in lagna along with my 10L and ketu. I have very severely afflicted 10L sitting in first house. After marriage and kids thanks to God, took a break due to twin kids and personal issues.. Recently I have opened my clinic in my residence itself from my husband's saving money. Initially although 5 months back I started on September 6, I got a good response where in atleast 3-4patients In a week i used to have as walk-ins, but now for past 2months I don't see any patients walking in ... I am very worried!! I don't know if I ll remain life long like this ?. My parents are getting old. Probably I m going to loose one of my parent is what I worry based on my brothers saturn MD!!! ? I wanted to do something good for them always. But for my bad luck I m never been lucky so far. Recently also due to my brother's loans they had to sell off our ancestors property and lot of things has happened.. Also I m very passionate about astrology.. what ever bits I know is based on self study and videos.. my 10L is badly placed in D1,D9 and D10 as well. Still I am passionate about astrology. Can you pls tell me if I can ever earn anything from my both domains dental and astrology if i persue both ?? please request you to guide me ?? I ll eternally be thank full to u lifelong ?? If I have any future in astrology, I am looking forward to join your courses.. but if I fail again, I don't want to again hear that I am waste and I I keep wasting my husband's money etc.. u know how difficult situation it ll be when we depend financially. Also he has helped me a lot for so far. I don't want to burden him more ??? please help me and let me know ?? I am also running presently mercury dasha which is placed in my 8H and it's my 9&12L..
