About The Native Concern:

My mother and father had troubled relationships from the begining. My dad got married to her without informing his parents ( he mentioned that he did not have anybody and got married . Not a love marriage it is arranged ) My father was abroad and my mother did not hv good relationship with my father. My father was also attracted to my mother younger sister and this created even more rift between them. Like that a stage came in our life where my father built a house with the money given to my mother by her brother and left for kerala taking the house paper to start business . Initially my mother moved with my dad to kerala BT later she moved back with me and my sister to Hyderabad as my father stays in a village and our studies were getting impacted. As time passed by my mother lost touch with my father. She did not make any efforts to reconcile with my father and within few years my father remarried without divorcing my mother . He now has a child . Although in the eyes of law it is illegal but the second marriage was with the consent of my father's family. Now the issue is property . We do not want any of the property they own but only the one that is in Hyderabad ( although is in my father's name was bought by my mother brother . Not denying that my father also invested in building the house ) Now my father is having dialysis and when we asked him to sign on the house papers so that we can change it to my mother's name. He is dragging the issue. Now his second illegal wife is asking us to pay the loan that my father tuk and to giv him monthly expenses ( my father's second wife works menial jobs). I am not working my sister is working however she is struggling and she recently got married. We do not want to have any connection with our father as he never thought about us and went ahead and build another family illegality and now when he is having medical issues he remembered us . He never contributed any thing for mine or my sister's education and we were solely bought up by my mother who also struggled and gave tuitions and sum how we have settled . I am jobless and my sister is only taking care of her family and my mother too. What shud we do . My father is not ready to bend. We have told him that we do not want any of their property but still he wants us to go all the way to kerala and all the 3 of us. My mother my sister and me and sign on a document that we shud not ask any share in the ancestral property. We have told him that we are not interested and he can write a will . Bt he wants us to come and my mother will not go. Sir how can we tackle ths issue. I am running ketu dada and my sister is running shani mahadasha. Both of us are running sade sati. Pls provide us with a solution. We just want our house in Hyderabad it means a lot and it is the only place for my mother to stay. We hv no feeling for our father as we never had him all through our lives .
