All friends leaves without asking me and i stay the night with a punjabi family it was weird kuch samajh nahi aya pls help me ?? I am writing to you to seek help to resolve something pending probably in my life , which might exist. As m struggling with Not Piles but Anal fissure issue from past few years but This year it has literally taken my life with all the pain I cant sit, walk, go out, I cry out loud in pain, I hv tried allopathic, doc says do surgery, tried ayurvedic, Take pain killers, Reiki healings also.. seems like there is something major i am unable to understand how to heal this, I please need your help.
