one of your old student, I used to suffer from Migraine till a couple of months back ( and still suffering from diabetes & thyroid detected in 2017), (recently 3 months back) me and my friend were discussing my increased thyroid levels and migraine headache (through which i had to go on daily basis, because for me trigger of migraine was traffic noise which can't be avoided in daily life) and he advised me to walk on grass bare feet in morning, it was a random advice, but i listened to him and started walking on grass from next morning. And in the next 15 days miraculously my migraine problem got cured. And in the last 2 months I don't remember when I had a migraine headache.
