I have follwed remedies based on karma analysis for my naani, mother and previous consultation advise for myself. Some remedies i am still doing. However troubles have not reduced in the last one year but mind strength, peace and hope for the good and confidence has increased in the middle of troubles, thanks to lunar astro and god and rushis. Now the question is : we have a land of 30 acres in bangalore which was purchased in the name of my naani by her father in law (my naana's father) for a spiritual purpose. So this is my mother side property. We don't have any property or money from father side. We are living in naani house only since my birth. We tried best to do some joint venture for guru karya or raise fund so that we can pay back and avoid selling property as it was for guru kaarya. But now we have no choice, we did not get good support. So can we sell about 2 to 3 acres upto maximum 5 acres of this spiritual land and then use the money for living and good works , god and guru karya ? Or will we get a supporting investor to develop the land for spirtiual, yoga, medical, astrology, vedic sciences, guru karya type of works in this month ? please also give remedies for quick sale of the land at good price and to avoid negative karma by selling a spiritual guru karya purpose land or remedies to quickly get an investor to develope the land and support our family in guru karya, charity karya, god karya.
