Sir, please if you guide me and consult I will be grateful I was doing awesome in career till Aug,2018 (above my peers) then for a year and a half I was jobless, got into my present job in Sept 2020. Its decent but not according to where I was. Here as well not getting any promotion even this year, all my peers are doing much better. I do hustle, have started a side business of Technology certification training online. But my income is not near where I want. I have two lovely daughters and have a strong desire to do something big. What can I do to reach my potential?
