I'm graduating soon, and I had some great job prospects earlier this year. But one offer fell through because of layoffs at Cisco US, even though it paid really well. Now I'm feeling pretty down and unsure about whether I should pursue a career in software engineering. I'm even thinking about moving abroad for work.
