can you please give me an early consultation? issues. Feeling disconnected from work, frustrated by office politics, and forced to prove yourself constantly. Desire for freedom but concerned about financial stability. Worried about job security and in last 3 to 4 years I never got credit for my hard work, somehow I need to do the work and someone else gets the credit or fruits of it. I feel frustrated as the work I do is very non intellectual although I get good pay. I can do them in my sleep but I can not gather motivation to do them. I have many innovative ideas but not sure if I will get funding. I am not sure which way to go.
