Confused in profession and money.

It is regarding my overall aspects in both business and health . 1. What type of Businesses, list of niches , industry is favorable ? 2. Businesses will be self employed or will be with Govt. sector / ministry ? 3. Government related businesses if any 4.Partnership Businesses if any 5. Any firm related business? (Accountancy/Legal/Advertisement , etc) 6.Best Time to start the businesses (present year or Next Year) 7. Saturn in 6th house and Mercury in 12th house , what will be influence in my businesses life ? And A. Mars in 1st house , what will be the health issues? B. In recent past, I have faced two accidents and currently also i have faced physical troubles perhaps due to the ketu tripap . As ketu in 8th house and mercury in 12th house and rahu in 2nd house , what will be the effects on my life. C. 11th house Sun and venus conjuction D Heart , Skin , Lungs or any major problems E. Remedies regarding career and health wise.
