I need help to sort out the situation of workplace politics. I want a solution to the problem I am facing regarding miscommunication with the boss. Please help me.

I am a software professional. I was always a bright student throughout. I have been living in the USA for past 15 years. But there was no growth as such in my career. I didn't get a promotion since 2021 in the current company. In 2018 I got married but the marriage was not successful. Got the divorce in 2020 after much of a mental stress. In between I started to experience some health issues as well. Despite my hard work I am not getting due recognition monetary or otherwise. 1. Do I stay back in US and search for new job or come back in India and do a job here? Do I choose any other profession? Or can I start anything else alongside my job? 2. Whether there is a chance of me getting married again and having kids?
