This is my best friend’s chart. She has been really going through a lot: mental health and overall health has been really bad. This in addition to her parents’ health specifically her father, is really taking a toll on her. She is unable to take this consultation in person, and has requested me to do so. She told me yesterday that she doesn’t know what to do and where to turn for help. I’m hoping you can help show the way 🙏🏼

I completed my B.Tech(CSE) in August 2021. So, I started my civil services preparation but by December 2021 I left it as my father's health was not good. In April 2022 I got the offer from Wipro as a Project Engineer but never offered the joining date so for this year(2022) I was unemployed and my father passed away in December 2022(Head Neck Cancer) I was unemployed till January 2023, I got the job in February 2023(which was a support engineer job not the core coding) and I left it in June 2024 because it doesn't have a scope in the long run. Now what should I do, why is there so much resistance in my career? Do I have a Govt Job/IT sector? And how much finance(Money) I have in my chart. I am the youngest in the family, no one is earning and the financial condition is also not good.

Last year, my husband lost his job with incentive loss of 12 to 15 lakhs. His relatives have also taken lot of money from him. And he is nil with court matters. My manager has torchered me a lot. My overseas travel visit came to halt. My hikes and promotions are stucked. My efforts are not getting recognized. Always, somehow I get defamed in my team. No body respects me. My manager do not give me the technical work that I like. Life is hell these days and there is no way out for me. I am also not able to conceive.
